WELCOME BACK!
I hope that all of you have had a restful summer season. As many of you know, in the past, my posts have focused primarily on RHYTHM and MELODY. This summer, a teacher and friend asked if I would consider doing something more grade level specific.
While the activities in the past have always connected to the grade level concepts that are being taught in my classroom, I decided to accept the challenge. So ... this year, I will focus each post on a different grade level activity directly from my teaching.
I hope this is useful for you as we go through the year together. As always, there will be links to children's books, ideas on how to make manipulatives, and of course downloadable files of things that I've created for my classroom.
